Payment Information

The CSEA provides several methods for the obligee to receive his/her support obligation and for the obligor to pay his/her support obligation. The following information provides each party on the support order the various options available for paying and receiving support.

Direct Deposit Child Support Payments
Deposit your child support check directly into your checking or savings account. Complete the direct deposit form and mail it in or call 888-965-2676 or email your request to Ohio CSPC. The form is available at your local agency or online at the JFS website. Payments may be made in person or mailed to Hardin County CSEA at P O Box 428, Kenton OH 43326.
Ohio E-QuickPay MasterCard Payment By Mail
A debit card that is accepted anywhere MasterCard debit is accepted. Payments are applied to the card and can be accessed at the ATM, bank or anywhere MasterCard is accepted. See brochure in folder. Columbus CSPC

We accept cash, checks, money orders or cashier's checks at the Hardin County CSEA.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, SETS CASE NUMBER AND COURT ORDER NUMBER.



PAYMENT HISTORIES ARE NOW AVAILABLE VIA THE INTERNET

For your convenience, the Child Support Customer Service Portal is now available to you in order to view and print two (2) years of payment information. This web portal will provide you with "real time" information as reflected by the agency's records and available to you seven (7) days a week, twenty-three (23) hours a day.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS:

You will NOT be able to utilize the web portal if:
  • You are an obligee and do not have a direct deposit or e-QuickPay account
  • Your social security number is tied to multiple participant numbers.
If you fall under one of the two above exclusions, you will need to continue to call the voice response unit at 1-800-860-2555 for payment information.

You must have or establish a private email account in order to utilize the web portal. Establishing an email account can be done through the registration process if you currently do not have one.

To get on the Customer Service Web Portal you must have the following:

Obligees's who do not have a direct deposit account number or E-QuickPay card, will be able to register using your twelve digit SETS participant number ( also referred to as your Web ID) in addition to their case and social security number.

Obligor's are required to enter their twelve digit SETS participant number (referred to as your Web ID) in addition to your case and social security number. Please contact the Child Support Enforcement Agency for your participant number 419-674-2269

THE IF YOU HAVE E-QUICK PAY CARD YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATED DEPOSIT NOTIFICATION WHEN THERE IS A PAYMENT AVAILABLE TO YOU.
YOU MUST SIGN UP AT www.e-quickpay.com, LOG IN-TAKES YOU TO THE SCREEN.
IF YOU REGISTER FOR "AUTOMATED DEPOSIT NOTIFICATION" YOU CAN GET A E-MAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE AS SOON AS FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE CARD.
